These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Reparo. Please read them carefully. By using Reparo, you agree to be bound by these terms. For privacy information, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using Reparo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

  • Reparo is a web application that allows users to upload mechanic invoices, extract structured repair data using AI, and maintain a searchable vehicle repair history.
  • The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

  • You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Reparo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Acceptable Use

  • Reparo is intended for personal vehicle repair record-keeping.
  • You may only upload invoices for vehicles you own or are authorised to manage records for.
  • You may not use Reparo to store or process documents belonging to others without their authorisation.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to Reparo; your invoices and extracted records are yours.
  • Reparo retains ownership of the software, interface, and AI extraction pipeline.
  • You grant Reparo a limited licence to process your uploaded files solely to operate the service on your behalf.

Subscription & Billing

  • The Free tier allows up to 2 invoice uploads per month and 1 vehicle. Existing records are always accessible regardless of tier.
  • The Pro subscription is billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($79/year). Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Privacy

  • Your use of Reparo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Disclaimers

  • AI extraction accuracy: Reparo's AI aims to extract invoice data accurately but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all document types, conditions, or languages. Always review extracted fields before confirming a record.
  • The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reparo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Reparo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Reparo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
